    jaren, woonende te Temsche op Eigeloo, welkens heeft vertoond een
    kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, geboren in deze Gemeente gisteren ten
    vijf uren namiddag van hem verklaarder en van Amel=
    -berga Van den Hende, huishoudster, oud vijfentwintig ja-
    -ren, woonende te Temsche, zijne huisvrouw, en waaraan hij
    verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Maria
    Ludovica; de voormelde verklaring en vertooning gedaan
    in de tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Andreas Sturm, Kleerma-
    -ker, oud eenendertig jaren en Eduardus Cornelis, Wever, oud
    zevenenvijftig jaren, beide woonende te temsche, getuigen
    hiertoe door den verklaarder aanzocht, welke akte van Geboorte
    wij terstond hebben opgesteld in het bijwezen der voornoemde
    getuigen, die met ons na gedane voorlezing hebben geteeckend,
    den vader verklaard hebbende niet te kunnen schrijven
    uit hoofde van ongeleerdheid.
