    Van Schaverbeeck oud tweeendertig jaren geboren te
    Temsche zijne huisvrouw en waaraan hij verklaart
    te willen geven den voornaam van Eduardus. Deze
    verklaring en vertooning gedaan ter presentie van
    Augustin Dedecker winkelier oud tweeenveertig jaren
    en Gerardus Wylands bakker oud drieendertig jaren
    wonende te Temsche. De vader en de getuigen hebben
    dezen akt met ons na voorlezing onderteekend

    *Hij wist het waarschijnlijk zelf niet altijd goed. Eerder zagen we dat hij bij de kinderen uit zijn eerste huwelijk tot 3 maal toe dezelfde leeftijd opgaf. Nu beweert hij een jaar jonger te zijn dan toen zijn vorig kind geboren werd.
