"Viola Jeppson, 74

Jo Hanson received word Monday evening of the death of her sister, Viola (Boekelman) Jeppson, 74, of Corvallis, Oregon who had passed away at her home that day, Monday, January 14, 1991. Funeral services will be held Friday morning,January 18, 1991 at the United Methodist Church in Corvallis.

She was born December 8, 1916 at Buffalo Center to Lambert and Maggie Boekelman. She received her schooling at Buffalo Center and graduated from Buffalo Center High School and was a graduate of Iowa State University, Ames.

Viola was married August 1, 1942 in Hampton, Virginia to Chris Jeppson. They moved to Corvallis, Oregon in 1946.

Surviving are her husband Chris; two daughters, Margie Karen Sleeter and Julie Jeppson both of Portland, Oregon; one son, Jim Jeppson of Idaho; six grandchildren; one sister, Jo Hanson of Buffalo Center, and two brothers, Heyo Boekelmanof Aurora, Colorado and Vernon Boekelman of Fort Dodge." <>
