John Wilbur Dirks Birth 17 Feb 1929 Osceola County, Iowa, USA Death 19 Sep 1929 (aged 7 months) Osceola County, Iowa, USA Burial Ocheyedan Township Cemetery Ocheyedan, Osceola County, Iowa, USA Memorial ID 107305748

John Wilbur Dirks, seven month old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dirks, died at the home of his parents near Allendorf Thursday, September 19, shortly after noon. The deceased infant was born February of this year.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Dirks, and three brothers, Donald, Alvin, and Lawrence. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon in the Evangelical church of Allendorf with Rev. McKinley officiating.
Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Ted Dirks, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jacobs, and Rev. and Mrs. Schipper of Reading, MN; Mrs. Effie may of Sioux Falls: Joe Stevens of Wisconsin, and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Dirks of George.
