In het bevolkingsregister staat vermeld dat Cornelis Vos in sept 1926 verhuist naar Schiebroek.ZH. Nu een wijk aan de noordkant van Rotterdam. Hij komt aan de Plataanweg 6 te wonen.
Op 17-12-1930 verhuist hij naar Almelo, 3-7-1931 verhuist hij naar Wieringen Smerp p/a R. Vos
Uit onderzoek blijkt dit Reint Vos (geb 1903 Onstwedde) te zijn. Cornelis staat ook in het gemeente register benoemd. Reint en Cornelis zijn neven van elkaar.

Wieringen was ook de plaats waar Lucas Hermannus Vos in de 2e helft van de WO II ondergedoken heeft gezeten bij de fam v.d. Veen.

In 1935 is Cornelis Vos getrouwd met Annie Santing (geb Emmercompascuum). Annie is een zus van Jantje Santing. Jantje Santing is de vrouw van Gerrit A. Vos de halfbroer van Cornelis en eerste zoon van Lucas Vos en Albertina Scholte.

Cor en Annie hadden 2 groentezaken in Den Haag. Een aan de Goeverneurlaan en een aan de van Zeggelenlaan, een zijstraat van de Goeverneurlaan. De zaak aan de Goeverneurlaan werd door Lucas Hermannus Vos overgenomen. Deze trouwde later met zijn nicht Fennie Vos, dochter van Gosse Vos, toen wonende te Limburg.
De groentezaak aan de van Zeggenlaan is later door de zetbaas (we zouden dit nu filiaalmanager noemen) overgenomen.
