Cornelis Wichers koopt samen met Cornelis Elshof de Molen te Wirdum, gelegen op Proviciale grond welke voorheen verhuurd werd. Zij kopen de molen voor 200 Car.Gulden ineens en 500 Car.Gulden in vijf termijnen.

Aankoop van de bakkerij, gelegen naast de molen te Wirdum, voor 650 Carolus Gulden, te betalen in drie termijnen. (zie foto van Molen van Wirdum in bijlagen)

28-09-1750
Cornelis Wichers en Lutgert Freerks Vos lenen 200 Carolus Gulden van Hayke Willems en zijn vrouw. Hayke Willems en vrouw woonden in 'Schilt onder Carspel Hellum. In de boedelscheiding van 1774 is hier niets van terug te vinden en zal de lening afbetaald zijn.

In de boedelscheiding na het overlijden van Lutgert Freerks staat dat Cornelis Wichers weer wil gaan trouwen. Als voorman van zijn 2 minderjarige kinderen wordt Hillebrand Freeriks Vos uit Loppersum genoemd. Hij is een broer van Lutgert. Door dit document blijkt duidelijk dat de naam Vos van Lutgert komt. Doordat het niet constant wordt gebruikt kan er een gebeurtenis in chronologische zin zijn welke hiertoe leidt.
De boedelscheiding heeft ook een inventaris opgesteld door Hillebrand Freerks Vos, welke laat zien dat Cornelis Wichers een bakkerij bezat en ook hoe de inboedel was op gedeeld.
