"Gordon Heyer, 67

Gordon Heyer, 67, of Kansas City, KS, formerly of Buffalo Center. He died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, KS. Gordon Dale Heyer was born on February 2, 1941 at Bancroft, the son of Georgeand Gesina (Janssen) Heyer. He was raised in rural Buffalo Center where he attended school, graduating with the class of 1959.

On January 4, 1964 he was united in marriage to Lois Jordal and they made their home in Kansas City. Gordon is survived by sons: Cory of Smithville, MO; Darrin of Oakland Park, FL; Jay of Kansas City, KS; and granddaughter Victoria ofSmithville, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Alfred, Harvey, Lawrence, Cecil and James. Committal services will be held at a later date." <>
