She had a relationship with Stephen Wright.
Child(ren):
Amelia Ann Fowler, is reputed to have been born in SC, but in the census of 1850 she herself said NC, and this is reasonable in consideration of the apparent return of the family to Columbus County, just after 1800. Amelia Ann married Stephen Wright of that prominent Columbus County, family whose name appears on several geographical landmarks.
They had sixteen children, Isaac (b. 1819), Zechariah (b. 1820), McLenon (b. 1822),
Anna (b. 1823 m. Isaac Fowler), James (b. 1825), Richard (b. 1826), Malcom (b. 1828), John (b. 1831), Zady (b. 1832), Kenyon (b. 1833), Mary (b. 1835),
Stephen (b. 1836), Fleetwood (b. 1838), William (b. 1840), Simpson (1842), and Hansil (b. 1843).
The above from a book by Richard G. Fowler, ( A History Of The Fowler Family Of Southeastern North Carolina).
