Note: Elizabeth was born 1755 Bute Co. NC*. She was the daughter of Joshua Rackley and Setevias Rackley. Elizabeth died 1820-25 Columbus Co., NC, at approximately 65 years of age. Elizabeth Rackley Fowler was named on the record of her father, Joshua Rackley's estate sale, which was held in Duplin County, N.C. in 1813. Neither Elizabeth nor her husband, John Fowler, Sr. signed the document; apparently because they were at that time living about ninety miles away in the Williams Township of Columbus County, North Carolina. Elizabeth died sometime between 1820 and 1825. She was on 1820 Columbus County, N.C. census, we believe she died about 1823 in Columbus County, N.C.
