Notes about Andries Johannes Severijn

Andries heeft zijn hele leven gewoond in Utrecht, de laatste jaren in de service-flat aan de Beneluxlaan.
In januari 2009 heeft hij met Lidi een service-appartement betrokken in Roosendaal.
Sinds die tijd is zijn gezondheidstoestand in versneld tempo achteruitgegaan en is hij via de huisarts bij de specialist gekomen, die een kleine tumor aan de buitenkant van zijn darm constateerde.
Uiteindelijk werd hij geopereerd op 3 juni en is de tumor met sukses verwijderd. Na 4 dagen is Andries ontslagen uit het ziekenhuis, echter de eerste nacht thuis voelde hij zich niet goed en is per ambulance naar het ziekenhuis vervoerd en kwam terecht in de IC.
Na 2 dagen kwam hij weer op een kamer en hoewel ernstig verzwakt ging hij langzaam vooruit. Op 16 juni (de sterfdag van zijn vader) ging hij na het ontbijt naar de WC en een verpleegkundige heeft hem daar onverwacht dood aangetroffen.
De oorzaak is vooralsnog onbekend en daarom is er sectie verricht, maar de uitslag is nog niet bekend.
