Petrus Wilhelmus ( Piet) Spierings, geboren te Goirle op 12-01-1936. Piet kon goed leren, en volgde de 4-jarige handesdagschool Sint Denis aan de Antoniusstraat in Tilburg, waarna hij als boekhouder ging werken bij een Leder-warenbedrijf in Tilburg. In zijn vrije tijd haalde hij het SPD diploma..
Piet was ongehuwd en overleed in het St. Elisabeth ziekenhuis in Tilburg op 02-05-1961 op 25 jarige leeftijd aan een hersentumor, en werd in Goirle begraven.

Bijzonderheden : Piet diende als dienstplichtig militair bij de geneeskundige troepen van de Kon. Landmacht in Amersfoort en werd Sergeant.
