A family archive only becomes fun when the family joins in. You decide who you invite. Taking part is free for family members.

How to invite someone

  1. Go to Participants in the management menu of your archive.
  2. Click Add participant.
  3. Enter the name and the e-mail address.
  4. Click invite.

The family member receives an e-mail in your name. The e-mail contains a link. With it he or she chooses a personal password. After that the participant can log in to your archive straight away.

Tips

  • Tell people yourself that the invitation is coming. Then the e-mail does not end up unread in the spam folder.
  • Start with a few active family members. They will pull the others along.
  • Put some photos in the archive first. Then there is something to see right away.

With the free trial subscription you can invite three participants. With a Plus subscription the number is unlimited.
