    Overleden ten gevolge van een ongeluk in de speeltuin in Rijs (Gaasterland). Kappie Kramer was overspannen. Op advies van de dokter moest hij er met Opoe even uit. Een tijdje naar Rijs, in hotel Gaasterland. De zaken kon hij aan zijn zoons overlaten, die regelmatig op zondag met het gezin kwamen kijken hoe het met het stel ging. Met de truck van de Libra erheen. Vol geladen met het hele gezin. Voor de kinderen grandioos, want er was bij café Jans in Rijs een prachtige speeltuin. Helaas werd het uitje van 28 augustus 1932 een tragedie. Vrony was met haar jongere broertje aan het schommelen in een luchtschommel, een zogenaamd "bootje". Doordat een grotere jongen erbij in sprong en meer vaart maakte, viel Vrony eruit met het hoofd op de grond. Bovendien kreeg ze nog een paar forse stoten van de bak. Nog voor ze naar een ziekenhuis vervoerd kon worden, kon een dokter van het dichtbij gelegen tehuis "Mooi Gaasterland" niets anders dan reeds de dood constateren.
