    Petrus Josephus Steenssens, leurder oud acht en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht gisteren om twee ure en half namiddag geboren in deze gemeente van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenoote Philippina Joanna Francisca Rochtus, winkelierster, oud acht en twintig jaren, geboren te Mariekerke en woonachtig te Bornhem, en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Joannes Franciscus.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Constantinus De groote, rustend onderwijzer, oud zeven en vijftig jaren en Alphonsius De Maeyer, drukker, oud zes en twintig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.
