    Petrus Josephus Steenssens, leuder, oud negen en twintig jaren en Joannes Verdickt, brievendrager, oud negen en dertig jaren , beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde vader van den overledene en de tweede gebuur, welke ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om acht uren en half des avonds in zijne ouders woning alhier, overleden is Franciscus Steenssens, geboren te Bornhem, den drij en twintigsten october negentien honderd en daar woonachtig, zoon van den eersten verklaarder Petrus Josephus Steenssens en van Philippina Joanna Francisca Rochtus, winkelierster, oud dertig jaren, ook woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met de verklaarders.
