1. wegens het stuk slaan van jeneverglaasjes en een thee kop ten nadele van Roelof Speelman, kastelein te Annen;
2. wegens het in kennelijke staat van dronkenschap verkeren;
3. wegens het maken van nachtelijk buren gerucht.

Hij is in Kalkwijk lid van de Algemene Landarbeidersbond, bij Eppe thuis worden hiervoor vergaderingen gehouden (Vereenigt U van 12 oktober, 23 november 1912 en 1 februari 1913).
