Notes about Eppe T(h)ies Nieborg

(T(h)ijs Nijenborch). Eppe Thies was arbeider. Volgens stokleggingsbrief d.d. 31-8-1803 (RA stoel IV delen V doos 154, p.35) kopen de egtelieden Eppe Tijs en Attien (Eitje) Jacobs voor een Somma van 20 Car Guldens het recht van beklemming van drie kampjes land en een stukje groenland van Hindrik Berents en Etjen Enjes, egtelieden woonagtig tot Cropswolde in de liene. Voorts mogen de Meijers op dit verkogte eene behuisinge timmeren na haar genoegen en het zelve bewonen, jaarlijkse huur 12,0 Car Guldens. Het land ligt ten westen van de weg en de tuine in de liene en het groenland an het meer agter de (Wed. van Jan) Kooy. Plaatselijk bekend Leinwijk F nr.14 en verponding nr.147 d.d. 9-11-1813. Deze percelen waren na 1830 kadastraal bekend gemeente Hoogezand, sectie E nrs 844 t/m 848. Het huisperceel is thans Woldweg 162 te Kropswolde. Op 29-10-1813 werd eene behuizing en tuin te Leinwijk aangekocht. Later kadastraal bekend gemeente Hoogezand sectie E nrs. 835 t/m 841. Deze onroerende zaak is bij akte verleden voor notaris Tresling te Scharmer op 8-2-1849 door de kinderen Nieborg verkocht voor f.925,=, overgeschreven hyp.ktr. in deel 89 nr. 59. Het huisperceel is thans Woldweg 164 te Kropswolde.
Huwelijksaangifte: Eppe Thies heeft familienaam Nieborg aangenomen.
Dit heeft waarschijnlijk te maken met het feit dat de moeder van zijn echtgenote Attje Jacobs eerder getrouwd was geweest met Derk Pieter(s) Nieborg uit Westerbroek. Dit betekent dus dat de achternaam Nijborg/Nieborg via de vrouwelijke lijn aan ons geslacht is toegevoegd.
