Notes about Eppe Eppe(n)s

Eppe Eppens werd ook wel schipper Eppens genoemd, landbouwer te Kropswolde: in 1721 (verponding) eigenaar en gebruiker van enig land.
In het consistorieboek van Slochteren wordt in 1759 gewag gemaakt van een zekere Eppo Eppes. Hij was reeds herhaaldelijk voor de kerkenraad verschenen en verklaarde nu dat alles geassopiert en bijgelegd was, waarover de de kerkenraad zeer blijde was. Deze Eppo Eppes was zelf ouderling.
