Willemien heeft o.a. na de schoolopleiding de Huishoudschool te Apeldoorn en de INAS opleiding in Deventer gedaan. Daarna div. verpleeg-en kaderopleidingen ook Horecadiploma, Coupeuse, Costumière en Modinette te Utrecht. Ook heeft ze nog op Volleybal gezeten, later had ze alleen nog interesse in sport op tv o.a. tennis en voetbal en de Fuchsia.
