Funeral services for Mrs. Flora Ullmann, 80, were held Saturday afternoon, July 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church witth Pastor Trudy Peterson officiating. Garry-Roberts-Murphy-Schaaf Funeral Home of Titonka was in charge ofarrrangements with interment in the church cemetery. Mrs. Ullmann died July [2] at the Titonka Care Center.

Casketbearers were grandsons.

Flora was born August 9, 1906 in rural Titonka, the daughter of Frank and Tina (DeBoer) Franzen. She attended the rural schools and was confirmed in the Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Flora was married to Meindert Ullmann on March 4, 1931 in the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Titonka.

She and her husband farmed, living on the same farm where she was born. Flora was very active in the A.L.C.W. and in all of the church activities.

Flora enjoyed her family and grandchildren with great affection. They retired and moved into Titonka where they lived for many years, prior to entering the Titonka Care Center.

She is survived by her husband, Meindert of Titonka; four daughters, Mrs. Willis (Phyllis) Janes, Britt, Mrs. Gary (Thelma) Zwiefel, Titonka, Mrs. Howard (Geraldine) Bosma, Eagan, MN, Mrs. Melvin (Mildred) Gray, Appleton, WI) three sons,Frank, Bubbalo Center, Floyd, Woden and Henry of Titonka.

Also surviving are 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Heiko (amanda) Bruns of Titonka.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, a son and five sisters." <>
