'...On September 11, 1974, born to Merrill and Lucinda Koos was a set of twin boys, Charles David and Merrill George Jr. Charles weighed 6 lbs, 9 1/2 ozs. ... Janet and Dave Hines are thier Godparents and they were Christeneed October 4,1974 in the Church of the Nazarene.

The reaper which is Death came to claim Charles David Koos on December 18, 1974 - age three months one week. Asphyxiation was the cause of his death. He is buried at the Fulton Union Cemetery.'
