'June Aurel Koos was born June 3, 1915 to Bertha and Charles Koos, one and a half miles west of Delta on the Koos' homestead. She went to Haller school for eight years and graduated from Delta High School in 1932. ... Then she went towork at Detwiller Memorial Hospital as a nurse's helper.'
