Notes about James Imlah

James & Jennie lived in Salem, OR. for many years on Wallace Road where they had a fruit farm, a very successful business for them. They were in partnership with Dave Pugh, a gravel plant that was built at West Salem to process sand and gravel for construction of buildings, bridges and roads. The business was good and eventually they sold it to other interested parties. Jim continued to operate the fruit farm until his death in 1949.
