"Funeral Services for Mrs. Minnie Limberg Held April 8
funeral services lor Minnie Lintberg, 78, of Buffalo Center were held Wednesday afternoon, April 8, at 1:30 p.m. at the First Reformed Church in Buffalo Center with Rev. Henry Vander Schaaf conducting the services.
Winter Funeral Service was in charge of arrangement and interment was in Olena Mound centecry. Pallbearers were Leon Ites, Claus DeBoer, Jim Bosma, Clarence Heltland, Dick Weaver and Luverne Risius.
Minnie Limberg, nee Minnie Kuper was born September 23, 1881 in Butler County, Iowa to Peter Kuper and Jennie Broen. She was married on February 11, 1914 to Abel Limberg at Lakota, Iowa.
Prior to retirement, she lived With her husband and fatally on various farms in the vicinity of Buffalo Center, Iowa. During the earlier years of her retirement she ived in her home southwest of the first Reformed Church. During the lastfew years she made her home with her son and daughter-in-law, Ur. and Mrs. Bennie Limberg of Buffalo Center and stayed for periods of time with her daughter, Mrs. Sinclair Langsev at Waterloo.
On Monday morning, April 6, she suddenly passed away at her son's home in Buffalo Center at ;he age of 78 years, 6 months, and 14 days.
Survivors include four children, Amel, Menno and Bennie of Buffalo Center, and Mrs. Sinclair (Mamie) Langsev of Waterloo; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Senry Kuper, Corona, South Dakota; Bea Kuper,Watertown, South Dakota; and Mrs. Harmka Konstant, Twin Brooks, South Dakota; lieces, nephews, cousins and a lost of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Abel, while he was in the armed services; her husband on July 26, 1960; three sisters, Mina, Grace and Jennie, and four brothers, Pete, Herman, Jernard and Martin." <>
