Geheel nieuwe top bij Unie-Invest
AMSTERDAM, woensdag Het onroerend-goedbeleggingsfonds Uni-Invest krijgt een volledig nieuwe top. De Canadese belegger Richard Homburg, de nieuwe grootaandeelhouder van Uni-Invest, zal op de buitengewone aandeelhoudersvergadering van 13 september worden voorgedragen als directeur, evenals drs. L. Ph. Marcus. Dat heeft Uni-Invest bekendgemaakt. Ook de raad van commissarissen, die nu nog wordt gevormd door gedelegeerd commissaris mr. J.C.F Pons en E.P. Hollaender, zal per die datum aftreden. Hun plaatsen zullen worden opgevuld door J.P. van der Stoop en mr. J.M. Lamsma. Directeur/eigenaar Homburg neemt tevens met onmiddellijke ingang de directie bij het fonds over als interim-manager. De huidige directeur, E.B. van den Biggelaar, stelde zijn functie reeds op 1 mei ter beschikking in verband met ziekte.
