    Constantinus Steensens, dagloner, oud zeven en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig in deze gemeente, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslagt, op heden om twee uren 's morgens, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder & van zijne egtgenote Dorothea Van den Bossche, oud drij en twintig jaren, alhier geboren & aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voor naem van Josephus.
    De voornoemde vertooning & verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheyd van Ludovicus Josephus Van breedam, secretaris, oud vier en dertig jaren en van Petrus Joannes Van Gucht, schilder, oud acht en twintig jaren, beyde alhier woonachtig.
    En hebben de getuygen dezen akt benevens ons geteekend, den vader heeft verklaerd niet te konnen schrijven, bij faute van gelerdheyd, na gedane voorlezing.

    Constantinus Steensens, oud twee en dertig jaren en Alexander Steensens, oud drij en twintig jaren, beide dagloonders, woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde vader van den overleden en den tweeden oom, welken ons hebben verklaerd dat gisteren om elf ueren en half des nachts in zijne ouders woning alhier overleden is Josephus Steensens, geboren te Bornhem, den eersten mei achttien honderd vijf en zestig en daer woonachtig, zoon van den eersten Komparant Constantinus Steensens en van Dorothea Van den bossche, beide in leven.
