    Constantinus Steensens, ijzerenwegbediende, oud acht en dertig jaren geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht heden om twee uren des nachts geboren in deze gemeente van hem verklaerder en van zijne echtgenote Dorothea Van de bossche, oud vier en dertig jaren, hier geboren en aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voornaem van Franciscus.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaab ter tegenwoordigheid van Joannes Franciscus Segers, oud drij en veertig jaren en Joannes Gregorius Daman, oud een en dertig jaren, beide veldwachters, woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voolezing geteekend met den vader en getuigen.
