Akte 117 jaar 1905 Tekst Ten jare duizend negen honderd en vijf, den negen en twintigsten november te negen uren voormiddag, verschenen voor ons Edmondus De Poorter, schepen afgevaardigde Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Bornhem, arrondissement Mechelen, provincie Antwerpen, Franciscus Steensens, brugdraaier, oud dertig jaren en Joannes Verdickt, brievendrager, oud negen en dertig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde broeder van den overledene en de tweede gebuur, welke ons hebben verklaard dat heden om vijf uren des morgends in zijne ouders woning alhier overleden is Franciscus Steensens fabriekwerker geboren te Bornhem den dertienden Juni achttien honderd twee en tachtig en daar woonachtig, ongehuwde zoon van Constantinus Steensens werkman aan den ijzerenweg oud acht en zestig en van Dorothea Van den bossche huishoudster oud vier en zestig jaren, gehuisschen woonachtig in deze gemeente. Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, in dubbel , door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met de verklaarders
