Bid voor de ziel van Zaliger Cornelia Maria Smits, weduwe van Adr.Borsboom, Geboren te Zegwaard 3 maart 1883, overleden te Voorburg in hetZiekenhuis St. Antoniushove 3 januari 1950, na voorzien te zijn van deH.H. Sacramenten der Stervenden en begraven 5 januari d.a.v. op het RKKerkhof te Zoetermeer. De hoge leeftijd strekke haar tot ere, want tothet laatste toe was zij een voorbeeld van arbeidzaamheid en christelijkelevensopvatting. Zij was als de weduwe uit het Evangelie, die dagelijksopging naar de tempel om god te aanbidden, te danken en te smeken. Zowas dit leven een voorbereiding tot het eeuwige leven dat zij nu isingegaan. En al was haar sterven vrij plotseling, rondom zulk eensterfbed kunnen wij gerust zijn. Mijne dierbare broeders en zusters,leeft eensgezind onder elkaar en laat U niet ontmoedigen, wanneer hetleven soms hard en zwaar wordt; bid tot Hem die mij vertroostte en ook uzal troosten. Voedt uw kinderen op in de vreze des Heren: degelijke engodsdienstige kinderen alleen zullen uwe vreugde zijn. Bidt allen voormij. O, zoetste Jezus, wees mij niet een rechter, maar een zaligmaker.(50 dagen aflaat) Onze vader - Wees gegroet. Dat zij ruste in vrede.
