Eene heilige en heilzame gedachte is het voor de overledenen te bidden,opdat
zij van de tijdelijke straffen der zonden bevrijd worden. Want voor uwegeloovigen, O Heer, wordt bij den dood het leven veranderd, nietvernietigd: en in ruil voor het aardsche woonhuis, dat is uitgestort,wordt er een eeuwige woning in den hemel bereid.
Genadige Heer Jezus, geef hem de eeuwige rust! Onze Vader - WeesGegroet.
