Child(ren):
Wesley was the strongest of the brothers. He had a reserved manner but still liked his joke in a droll, dry manner. He was a great hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed his days in field hunting. From what I can gather from persons who knew him best, he had the personality and manner most like his father. He was seldom in trouble that he was powerful enough to discourage any loose threats, anyone who was not prepared to tackle this formidable man. Wesley too was a fine student and taught more school that anyone in the family. He was an excellent scribe and stayed at Haysville with the family quite offten and father always was happy to see him. He too was in on all the practical jokes.
