HAZEL C. MOORMAN, FUNERAL MONDAY

Funeral for Hazel C. Moorman, 79, of South Road 50W will be conducted at

10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dale

Trimberger officiating. Calling will be from 2 to 6 p.m Sunday at Myers

Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel on 25th Street, and from 9 a.m.

until service time Monday at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook

Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Find Us Faithful Fund at St. Peter's Lutheran

Church, Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders or the donor's choice of

charities.

Mrs. Moorman died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday Oct. 19, 1995, at Lutheran

Community Home in Seymour.

She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church.

She was born June 10, 1916, in Bartholomew County, the daughter of

Benjamin and Hannah Behrman VonFange. She married Roy Moorman May 4, 1940,

at Columbus. He survives.

Additional survivors include sons, Lester D. Moorman of Columbus and the

Rev. Donald R. Moorman of Torrance, Calif.; a daughter, Patricia A. Moorman

of Ft. Wayne; brothers, Weldon H. and Walter J. VonFange, both of Columbus;

and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron VonFange.
