The micro-film is very faded. The line immediately after Martha is marked through. I could not read it. The 1870 enumeration date is 1 Jun 1870, so the July wedding would be in 1869. The information on the census is supposed to be effective the enumeration date, not the date the census taker actually recorded the information. But census takers did not always follow instructions. - D.A. Navorska - Irving, TX
