She was born December 26, 1865 in Uhrichsville and died February 24, 1941 and is buried inUnion Cemetery, near her mother, Mary Baker Hite. Her father was William Hite. She was first married to David Christopher Whitman July 24, 1879 and two children, Jesse Thomas Whitman and Pearl Whitman, she then married William GeorgeGuthrie in August 14, 1897 and they had a child William Charles Guthrie born July 29, 1898.
