Alberniece Mammenga, 85 of Marion passed away Saturday at the Tieszen Memorial Home in Marion.

Al married Dorothy Doonan in 1949. Dorothy passed away in 2001.

Al is survived daughters Cheryl (Mike) Oldfield of Sioux Falls and Lori (Wally) Weeldreyer of Sturgis; sons Al (Brenda) of Brandon, Dave (Robin) of Monroe and Mike (Denise) of Sioux Falls; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; sisters Aldora (Melvin) Schoffelman and Ione Tiemman; and brothers LaVerne (Lorraine), DaWayne (Lois) and Richard (Arlyss).

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:30 at the Calvary Reformed Church of Monroe. Burial will be at the Monroe City Cemetery.
