Daryl Schol, 61, of Wahpeton, North Dakota formerly of Northwood, North Dakota died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at St. Francis Health Campus in Breckenridge, Minnesota.

Private family services were held and burial will be in the Northwood City Cemetery in the Spring.

Daryl Schol was born January 31, 1948 the son of Francis and Dena Schol. He loved to watch Beverly Hillbillies and Price is Right. He made friends easily. He will be forever missed by Family and the Staff that tried so hard to make sure he had a good life.

He is survived by his father, Francis Schol of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; Brothers, Ronald (Nancy) Schol of Thornton, Colorado and Larry Schol (Pam Day), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Sisters, Carol (Bill) Wekar of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Jackie (George) Wyatt of South Africa and Janice Gilbertson of Fargo, North Dakota; Many Nieces and Nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dena Schol, grandparents, John and Minnie (Siebrands) Schol and Cornelius and Anna (Modder) Schol, sister, Mary Ann, brother-in-law, Dennis Gilbertson and nephew, Jess Dewey Lyle.

The Bilden Funeral Home of Northwood is assisting the family with arrangements.
