Julien Dorenkamp & Miss Nellie Lieuwen were married last Wed at the home of groom's parents, Mr. & Mrs. H. H. Dorenkamp. rev. Pankuk of Meservey officiated.

The bride is a charming young lady the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. T. T. Lieuwen. the groom is a properous [sic] young farmer and owns a fine farm near Palsville where the happy couple will reside. After the wedding, the couple stole away to alude a part [sic] of serenaders who wandered through four counties before finally locating them at Alexander at about 3 o'clock in the morning. It is needless to say they were given a royal serenade.
