"Howard F. Navorska Plain Dealer Special Kelleys Island - Services for Howard F. Navorska, one of the early developers of this island in Lake Erie, will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in St. Michael Parish Hall here.

Mr. Navorska, 64, died Wednesday in his home here.

He had operated Sunset Point, a resort and marina for 28 years. He also had done contracting work in many of the homes on the island, and was instrumental in bringing the first electric lines from the mainland.

He was a member of the Kelleys Island Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Navorska was born in Cleveland and went to school in Canton.

Surviving him are his wife, Rosetta; a son, a daughter, and two brothers.
