Jane Stuart, ou Jane Fleming, ou Lady Fleming (v. 1520 -Ap.1553) est la fille illégitime de Jacques IV d'Écosse, et d'Isabelle Stuart (1426 - 1494), avant 1550 elle devient la veuve de lord Malcolm, 3ème baron Fleming de Leviston.

Jane Stuart est une gouvernante de Mary Stuart, elle devient brièvement la maîtresse d'Henri II. Elle est éloignée de la cour par Diane de Poitiers, favorite du roi, qui s'est alliée avec Catherine de Médicis. Elle laisse en France un fils, Henri d'Angoulême, ou Henri de Valois, dit Le Chevalier d'Angoulême (1551 Aix-en-Provence- 2 juin 1586 au cours d'un duel) qui sera reconnu et deviendra Grand Prieur de France et gouverneur de Provence.
