de Ringdijk (no. 89; huis no. 58); diverse percelen land in de Wieringerwaard; onder Hoorn aan den Koepoortsweg een
wagenhuis met 6 morgen 550 roeden grasland: onder Oudorp het land genaamd "de Nijenburg", groot 20 geersen, enz.;
diverse baan-portiën, obligatiën op Holland, loterijen, lijfrenten, tontines, scheepsportiën: twee huizen naast elkander gelegen aan de Zuidzijde van het Oost te Hoorn (Hier is bedoeld het tegenwoordige Drechterlandshuis, het gemeenlandshuis van het Ambacht van West-Friesland genaamd Drechterland, Groote Oost, no. 6), geërfd van Mr. Cornelis van Foreest doch belast met een vruchtgebruik ten behoeve van vrouwe Maria van Hoolwerff, belend ten Oosten de Burgemeester (van Hoorn) J. C. van de
Blocquery en ten Westen de Burgemeester (van Hoorn) Jan Allard Schagen: een stal, koetshuis en erf aan de Zuidzijde van de Italiaansen Zeediik te Hoorn; in de Schermer een huismanswoning aan de Westzijde van de Zuidervaart in polderafdeling oud H. kavels 29/30, enz.; voorts landerijen te Limmen, Castricum, Groet, in den Hargerpolder; onder Schoorl o.a. "de Hofstede genaamt Hasendaal" (Hazendaal lag aan de West-Grasdijk, die men op de grote kaarten van het hoogheemraadschap van de Uitwaterende Sluizen in Kennemerland en West-Friesland als Burenweg vermeld vindt. Het betreft kadaster gem Schoorl, zectie B no. 146, groot ha 1.47.60), groot 2 morgen, 8½ roeden, gelegen tot Aagtdorp, belent de Buureweg ten Oosten en Garmet Wiering ten Noorden: bezittingen te Overflakkee, actiën in de Oost-Indische Compagnie, kantoor te Hoorn en contanten.
Agatha van Foreest had ten huweliik aangebracht o.a. een boerenwoning aan de Jisperweg in de Beemster, land in de
Wieringerwaard, talrijke obligatiën, tienden, grafsteden, enz.,
enz.
Staande huwelijk was aangekocht "een capitaal huis en erve staande en gelegen aan de Noordzijde van het Groote Oost,
belend ten Oosten Burgemeester François de Vicq", getaxeerd door de vier rooimeesters van de Stad Hoorn op f 15.000.- (Dit is het Foreestenhuis op de Groote Oost no. 43; het dient thans als Remonstrntse kerk, in de voorgevel nog bekroond met het wapen van Foreest); alsmede nog een kapitaal huis met het wapen van Foreest in de gevel aan de Westziide van de Koepoortsweg aldaar (bedoeld is hier het perceel Koepoortsweg 31-33), met een "speelhuis" achter aan de Tocht, getaxeerd op f 3200:-:-.
Een portret van het echtpaar Van Foreest-Van Foreest, ten voeten uit, in een Arcadisch landschap, bevindt zich in de collectie van Mevr. Mr. B. van der Feen de Lille-jkvr. Fontein Verschuir, te Alkmaar. - Van Agatha alléén bestaat een portret in het West-Friesch Museum te Hoorn, doek, 85 X 64½ (catalogus no. 145).
