Graf ----------- - Sohn des Grafen Waltbert im Graingau und der Mathilde, Tochter von Graf Egbert; Onkel der Königin Mathilde Am ehesten können wir noch etwas über Immed II. und seine Familie sagen, da die Überlieferung des von ihm gestifteten Klosters Ringelheim im Salzgau trotz ihrer starken Verfälschung doch einige Hinweise gibt. In der Gründungsurkunde werden genannt ein Graf Immed und seine Kinder Volkwart, Immad , Sibeth und Einichold, die gleichzeitig die 1. Äbtissin war.
