Elisabeth of Isabella (Fontainebleau, 22 november 1602 – Madrid, 6 oktober 1644), prinses van Frankrijk, was koningin van Spanje door haar huwelijk met koning Filips IV van Spanje.
Prinses Elisabeth werd geboren als dochter van koning Hendrik IV van Frankrijk en diens echtgenote Maria de' Medici. Ze was de jongere zus van de latere koning Lodewijk XIII van Frankrijk (hij trouwde met Anna van Oostenrijk). Ze was ook de oudere zus van Christina Maria (zij trouwde met Victor Amadeus I van Savoye), Nicolaas Hendrik, Gaston en van Henriëtta Maria (zij trouwde met Karel I van Engeland).
Elisabeth trouwde op 8 oktober 1615 met de latere koning Filips IV van Spanje. Uit hun huwelijk werden acht kinderen geboren, waarvan alleen de jongste dochter bleef leven:

Maria Eugenia (1625-1627)

Elisabeth overleed in 1644 op 41-jarige leeftijd in Madrid. Na haar dood hertrouwde Filips met aartshertogin Maria Anna van Oostenrijk, dochter van keizer Ferdinand III.
