Mrs. H. Busing, eighty-three years of age, and the mother of Mrs. Meade Hughes, E. D. and H. R. Busing, all of this city, passed away at 3 o'clock this morning at the home of her daughter, 907 First street, where she has been ill for thepast six weeks, with the ailments incident to old age.
Mrs. Busing was a former Kamrar resident, living there until January 1, 1923, when failing health caused her to come to this city to live with her daughter. All that love and patient care could do for her was done, but she gradually sankto her death.
Anna Wepel was born in Germany, and was there married to H. Busing, afterwards coming to America. Her husband died thirteen years ago and she is the last of her immediate family of sisters and brothers. The following children survive:Mrs. P. R. Naber, Estelline, S. D.; Mrs. Bertha Closz, Canby, Minn.; E. D. and H. R. Busing, and Mrs. Meade Hughes, all this city. There are also a number of grandchildren.
Mrs. Busing was a member of the German Presbyterian church of Kamrar and the pastor of that church, Rev. H. N. Gerdes, will conduct the funeral services Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock, at the Busing home in Kamrar and at 2 o'clock in thechurch.
