Ausdrücklich wird bestimmt, dass für beide Parteien eine Steigerung oder Minderung der Holzpreise onhe Einfluss ist. Beiden Teilen wird die Wiedereinlöse nach vorheriger vierteljährlicher Kündigung zugestanden.

Mauritz Otto Caspar von Ossenbruch, Herr zu Berendorff, bekunde,t dass er dem Herrn von Düngelen zu Dalhausen und Haffkenscheid für 321 Rtlr. 30 Stbr. verkauft habe den 2 1/5 Teil der Pächte, die er durch seine Frau mit den übrigen Erben des von Leyte zu Laer aus ihrer mütterlichen Palantschen Nachlassenschaft beziehe: aus dem Tönnis Hof zu Velwich im Gericht Castrop 9 Malder triplicis Roggen, Gerste und Hafer Bochumer Masse, 1 1/2 Schweine, 6 Gänse, 8 Hühner; sodann aus dem Schmidts Hof zu Oespel im Amt Bochum 9 Malter triplicis Roggen, Gerte und Hafer. Der Kaufpreis ist bezahlt. Der Verkäufer behält sich ausdrücklich alle rückständigen Pächte und dasjenige, was er ausser dieser 2 1/5 Teile aus beiden Höfen bezieht, bevor.
