    Het ereveld is te vinden op het Osterholzer Friedhof, Osterholzer Heerstrasse in Bremen-Osterholz. De inwijding vond plaats op 30 juni 1953. Het is de centrale begraaf- en gedenkplaats voor landgenoten die omkwamen in Bremen en omgeving. Het ereveld telt 170 graven. Op de grote, centraal geplaatste gedenksteen staan de namen van 63 oorlogsslachtoffers vermeld die rusten in (verzamel-)graven in de omgeving en niet konden wordne overgebracht.
