WILLEM II VAN CRANENDOCK (gestorven 1320) was de zoon van Willem I van Cranendonck en een anonieme echtgenote. Hij was heer van Cranendonck en Eindhoven van omstreeks 1285 tot zijn dood.
Willem II was gehuwd met Elisabeth van Steyn en omtrent hun nageslacht bestaat onduidelijkheid. Er is sprake van Willem II, Arnout en Dirk maar het was waarschijnlijk Dirk van Cranendonck die de beide heerlijkheden erfde.
