Bij de doop in 1729 te Amsterdam van Tomas Troks, zoon van Tomas Trox en Geertrui den Hertoog wordt Elisabeth genoemd als getuige. Bij haar huwelijk wordt haar leeftijd vermeld en is ze afkomstig uit Groningen. Het is dus zeer aannemelijk dat zij is vernoemd naar haar grootmoeder Elisabeth en een dochter was van Christiaen en Maria.
