Notes about Marchien Tienkamp

Marchien was dienstbode en haar man was knecht in Midlaren. Zij moesten trouwen en begonnen een
eigen bakkerszaak. Marchien vente met korven aan een juk, lopend langs de dorpen. Later kregen
zij een hondekar en toen de zaken beter gingen, kochten zij een paard en wagen. De kinderen
(waarvan velen stierven aan TBC) werkten allemaal mee in de bakkerij, gevestigd in
Zuidlaarderveen. Haar kleinzoon, óók een F.v.d.Molen (inmiddels overleden aan een ongeval) was
oprichter van de bakkerij in Zuidlaren bekend van de Zuidlaarder bollen. Marchien woonde na het
overlijden van haar man, in bij een schoonzuster met een kruidenierswinkel.
