de behoorlijk geregistreerde grosse eener beschikking der Arrondissements-Regtbank te Assen den twintigsten Januari 1800 zes en tachtig gegeven op een verzoekschrift van mijn requirante, daarin letterlijk opgenomen, en voorts heb ik den beteekende WILLEM TIENKAMP voornoemd

om op Maandag den vijfden April 1800 zes en tachtig, des morgens om half tien, zijnde een dag bestemd voor gewone openbare teregtzitting der Regtbank, ter behandeling van burgerlijke zaken, te verschijnen voor de leden der Arrondissements-Regtbank te Assen, Mrs. ROESSINGH en GORTER daartoe ten dezen wordende gecommitteerd, in de gewone hegoorzaal der Regtbank in het Paleis van Justitie te Assen, ten einde alsdan te worden gehoord omtrent het gedaan verzoek van mijne requirante om gratis te mogen procedeeren, ter zake als in gemeld verzoekschrift omschreven.

Gesommeerd om alsnog binnen veertien dageen na heden, tot mijn requirante, zijne echtgenoote, in de echtelijke woning te Tinaarlo, gemeente Vries, die hij WILLEM TIENKAMP, in de maand October 1800 tachtig, zonder wettige oorzaak heeft verlaten, terug te keeren.

Notes about Willem Tienkamp

Hij kwam op 31 mei 1865 in Hoogezand / Foxholsterbosch (vroeger gespeld als Voskholl) wonen. Hij
was klompenmaker van beroep. Volgens de Nederlandse overlevering werkte hij in het najaar bij
Scholten, de aardappelmeelfabriek "op de blauwe bakken" waar hij aardappel meel op de
transportbanden moest scheppen. Later heeft Willem ook in Kalkwijk (zuidelijk van Hoogezand)
gewoond in een zijkamer van een huis, waarin tevens een manufacturenzaak gevestigd was. Dit huis
lag aan de Hoofdweg in Sappemeer. Het was het vierde huis, vlak bij een "hoogholtje", een
voetgangersbruggetje over het Diep. Zijn kleindochter Dientje kan zich het huis nog goed
herinneren: "Er was een tamelijk grote tuin met aan het eind een werkplaats.
