  • He died on July 21, 2003 in USA Cedar Falls Black Hawk County Iowa, he was 50 years old.
    He graduated from Janesville High School in 1971. He enlisted in the Air Force, serving three and a half years in the military. Following his discharge from the service, he went to work for John Deere, where he worked for the last 29 years until the time of his death.
    In April of 1978, he was united in marriage to Ellen Becker at the United Methodist Church in Janesville. The couple was later divorced. Steve enjoyed remodeling projects, tinkering in his shop (a do it yourselfer), watching Minnesota Vikings football, and listening to Cross Fire on CNN and talk radio.
  • He is buried in USA Greenwood Cemetery Cedar Falls Black Hawk County.
